Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the stated timeframe, please ensure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (where applicable) is essential for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, excluding the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the carrier. Order processing and shipping takes 2 to 4 business days, but most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours.
Please note that orders can take 16 to 25 business days to arrive in France from the shipping date and 20 to 30 business days to arrive in the rest of the world, not necessarily from the date they were placed, depending on the final destination.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order status on our website under "TRACK MY PACKAGE".
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you refuse a package, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs plus the cost of returning the package to our warehouse. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you experience a non-delivery or if the tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim.
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that claims processing can take up to 30 days.
We are not responsible for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages for which the carrier confirms delivery.
OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of these items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order, refunding you to your original payment method for the out-of-stock items. Please note that it is possible to receive multiple packages for a single order if it contains multiple items.
